Meet the Host!

I've been working in the software industry for over a decade in various roles. I started out as a developer, but eventually made my way into organizing people rather than organizing code. After multiple years of developing software products and bringing them to life successfully, I finally focussed on helping organizations adopt and refine agile approaches a couple of years ago. As the lead of a team of agile coaches and consultants I work with clients of different sizes, from small startups to large corporates, in different industries, from finance over logistics to the public sector in order bring modern ways of working and splicing agility as the new normal into their organizational DNA:

Throughout my career, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of agility and its ability to drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
